I couldn't resist decorating the inside of this card. I inked the little candles with markers. I added the thin brown strip under the candles to give more interest.
I love the birthday greetings from the On Your Birthday stamp set. The little heart is from Cheep Talk.
Once again, I pulled out the scallop border punch. I like the double layers. It gives the card such a finished look.
I hope my granddaughter will love this card!
