Tags till Christmas

Here's one of the cards my  stampers made a couple of weeks ago.  I originally got this card idea from Catherine Harwood and Cindy Greene brought this card to our Stamp-a-Stack as one of our projects.  Everyone loved making it! 

Stamp sets: Tags Till Christmas, Just Believe
Card Stock: Whisper White, Basic Black
Ink colors:  Real Red, Basic Black
Accessories: Basic Rhinestones, Extra large and large tag punches, 1/8 " basic black taffeta ribbon, 5/8" real red grosgrain ribbon, Northern Flurry textured impressions embossing folder, snail adhesive, dimensionals.
