Birthday Cutie

I just wanted to use this DSP as my background so that I could display the number 10, and this is the card that evolved!  The little bird is watercolored on WC paper with ink refills and an aquapainter.  I had some yellow glitter paper in my stash, and it made the perfect balloon.  Colors on this card are white, Wild Wasabi, Blushing Bride and So Saffron.  The cute numbers background is from the Just Add Cake designer series paper pack.
Stamp sets used were Pun Fun (retired) and Crazy for Cupcakes. Other supplies were circle punches and scallop border punch.
The same colors were carried over to the inside of the card.
