I've had this stamp set for several months and finally got around to inking it up. I love the fan design of the peacock feathers, and it lends itself so nicely to embellishments, such has these tiny rhinestones that trail along the feather fan.
The image was stamped with Marina Mist ink on Whisper White card stock. It was cut out with paper snips and layered on a piece of Bashful Blue, and then on an embossed layer of Whisper White. The Holidiay Frame embossing folder makes a lovely embossed background for this image.
A 3/8" ribbon was dyed with Marina Mist ink and added over the embossed white layer.
The sentiment was stamped in Marina Mist ink and cut out with the pretty Apothecary Accents framelits. A tiny blue brad accents the sentiment.
I chose Not Quite Navy as the card base. I felt that it needed a darker color to bring contrast to the lighter blues on the card.
Inside, I stamped a border along the left edge. I like how it carries the color and pattern of the peacock to the inside.
This card qualifies for Anne Marie's Clean and Simple Framed Challenge #118 on the Paper Players site.

Love how you have layered the fussy cut peacock on the b/blue background & all that gorgeous bling! Great card Diane. Thanks for playing along with The Paper Players. :)
Beautiful card!! Great idea to use the rhinestones-they are perfect for a fancy peacock!
