Bloom With Hope

This pretty card was made with a new Hostess Set, Bloom With Hope. Inspiration came from the catalog photo on  page 240.
The flowers were stamped with Momento ink and colored with a Razzleberry ink refill and an Aqua Painter.
Two oval framelits formed the frame, and the background paper is the lovely Fancy Foil Designer Vellum in gold.
The Happy Birthday greeting is embossed with gold E.P. and curved to make a flared banner.  It was attached with glue dots.
