By the Tide "Hello" card

This was another day to play with my By the Tide stamp set! I decided to make a card for The Paper Players Challenge 295  using a wild animal.  Well, this is about as wild as I could find today!  I hope you enjoy it.

 I  stamped the images with VersaMark ink, then used embossing powders (black or white) and a heat tool to set them.  Little rhinestones were added for the  fish's bubbles.  Card stock is Soft Sky, Whisper White and Basic Black.
The hello is from Four You, a retired set.
