Fancy Fold Birthday card

I made this card for my son, who is an avid fisherman.  The pattern for the  fancy fold flap card was generously provided by Debbie Henderson.
I used the recently retired stamp set By the Tide for my card.

The two circles were cut with the recently retired framelits.
The next picture shows the fancy fold and the cut made on the top flap.

The inside was decorated  using torn Sahara Sand card stock for the sand and sponged with ink.

The shell, fish and seahorses were heat-embossed and colored with markers.

Retired stamps were used for the greeting and sentiment.

I really like how this card turned out!
