Masculine Birthday with Clockworks

Sometimes masculine birthday cards are hard to make. This card is a case of one I found online.  I don't know what stamps were used in the original, but I liked the overall look.

I chose Clockworks stamp set  (#127292) and It's About Time stamp set (retired) to make this card. 

Before starting the background I masked off the borders. The direct-to-paper technique was used for the background and a little sponging helped to blend the colors.  The greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
