Simple Stems Card for Spring

These lovely flowers are from the Simple Stems stamp set (pg. 33 Occasions Catalog).  My  inspiration came from a layered card by Ann Schach.  I loved the combination of colors.  The DSP is one of the free Sale-a-Bration products available through March 31st  with a qualifying purchase.
There is lots of cutting and layering to give the 3-D look, but I enjoyed putting it all together.  The flowers are embellished with Basic Pearls of various sizes.
The Secret Garden Framelits Dies were used for the large flower and the leaf stem.
Paper Piercing adds detail on the white background. The sentiment is from the Peaceful Petals stamp set.

Petal Parade and Sale-a-bration

 This card was made from Petal Parade, one of the free stamp sets you can choose for a product purchase of $50 during Sale-a-Bration.

 I used Crushed Curry, Garden Green, and Whisper White card stock.
The Thinking of You sentiment is from Peaceful Petals stamp set that can be found in the Spring catalog.
Did you notice the little gold twine that is wrapped around the banner?  It is also from another free Sale-a-Bration product.
The card front was embossed with the  Fancy Fan Textured Embossing Folder, one of my favorites.

Fresh Vintage sneak peek

Here's another sneak peek from the Sale-a-bration catalog that will be available on January 24th.  This stamp is from the Fresh Vintage set.   I love the clean and simple look of this beautiful image. 
The Thanks stamp is from the retired Hostess set, Afterthoughts.  
The Edgelits Dies are new product that will be available on January 4th in the Occasions mini catalog.  The graceful curving edge was cut with this new Adorning Accents die.  I used a marker to accent the edges. Inspiration for this card came from one designed by Sharon Field.
Other supplies for this card are Sahara Sand card stock, Always Artichoke classic ink pad and marker, as well as the Sizzix Big Shot.
