Measure of a Life

This card was made with a Perfect Plum card base. The Pale Plum layer on top was put through a Cuttlebug embossing folder, then topped with Kiwi Kiss that was punched with a mat pack.

The dragonfly image was stamped with black StazOn and colored in with Stampin' Pastels and an Aqua Painter. This layer was mounted on a narrow edge of Perfect Plum paper.

This was the first time I had tried using Pastels with an Aqua painter, but it worked fine! It's so easy to go back and add more color if needed. The pastels dry very quickly.

I hope you'll try this technique sometime. It's really fun to do!
