I was inspired to make this card after seeing this beautiful card by Gretchen Barron. I used the Big Shot to cut the Top Note dies in Whisper White and Night of Navy. The white one was trimmed around the perforated line, then sponged with Night of Navy Ink.Images from Delightful Doodles stamp set were used. Also, the Birthday hugs and wishes came from the Hugs and Wishes stamp set.
There is some glitter on the tiny flowers in the scroll. The designer paper is a retired pattern, and the card base is Night of Navy.
