Here's another card using the oval Scallop frame die. The branch and little bird from Cheep Talk fit perfectly inside. The basic card is YoYo Yellow, layered up with Green Galore and Basic Black. The stamps are all inked with markers. The bird is YoYo yellow, shaded with Summer Sun around the edges.
The frame is sponged around the outside edge with ink. Inside the frame, the white background is shaded with pastels. The ribbon is 1/4" grosgrain. Because the frame is a little too large for the black layer, I trimmed the edge of the frame off before tying the ribbon around it.
I also decorated the inside of the card with a white writing surface and strips of green, black, and designer paper. The flower from the stamp set is also stamped in YoYo yellow and shaded with Summer Sun. It is punched out with the 1 " circle punch and popped up with a dimensional. This was a fun card to make.
