Here's the second of my cards using the scallop oval frame die. The patterned paper was sponged with Sage Shadow ink.
The cupcakes were stamped in Craft Black ink and embossed with Black E.P. They were colored with Pixie Pink marker. The icing was glittered. The white background has a little pink chalk to add softness.
The sentiment was also embossed with black E.P.
I added the Chocolate Chip behind the scallop to provide more contrast. I love those colors together!
