Heller on her Stamping School website. She has some wonderful ideas! The base card is Whisper White, and the Ruby Red DSP is from the Level 1 hostess pack available in the Idea book and Catalog. The photo has a blue cast so I hope you can imagine what it actually looks like!
The hanging tag is made with the scallop punch, a large grommet, some small flower punches, and brad.
