Punched Christmas cardinal

My stamp club made this cute card last week.  We used the XL 2-step bird punch to make the cardinal.  I found directions for making this cardinal in the punch map provided by Kelly Acheson.  She made it so easy to do!
I punched the bird out of Riding Hood Red and sponged it with Cherry Cobbler ink.
This is a 4 1/4"  square card.

The inside was decorated with the mistletoe stamp and the sentiment from the same stamp set.
This was a fun card to make!
Thanks for visiting.
