Lovely Tree sponged
I've been doing a lot of sponging backgrounds lately and love the pretty effect! For this card, I masked off about a 2" strip on the card front and sponged in the background, starting at the top with a light blue, and progressing down to the bottom edge with light yellow, then shades of green. The trees, from Lovely as a Tree stamp set, were stamped with Black StazOn ink. Thinking of you is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set.
The sponging was carried over to the inside of the card, and the trees were added on the inside edge.
The card stock is Whisper White and Old Olive.
Thanks for stopping by!

Gorgeous sponging!! I always like the look of sponged backgrounds but I'm terrible at it. Obviously I need to practice.
Wow, Diane! So lovely and serene!
